Cardio/strength interval workout using the pilates ring! We pair two exercises for two sets each: one exercise focused more on getting your heart rate up, the other focused on strength with the ring. We finish with a couple of core moves on the floor and some stretching.
Sorry it's been a minute since my last video! My real-life work schedule got really hectic over the last year, and I was having some trouble with my voice that took recording off the table. I hope to start posting a few videos again now, maybe not as regularly as before for awhile, but something!
