Pipe Alignment Problem Solved! Zero Level Setup with Smart Stand | Lean Improvement #leaninindia

In this video, I, Santosh Sharma, am sharing a practical lean improvement from the assembly floor. Earlier, while joining two pipes, we were facing a major issue with level alignment. The pipes were not at the same level, and even with a spirit level, achieving accurate alignment was difficult. To solve this problem, I designed and installed a three-stand support system. With the help of these stands, we can now easily adjust and maintain the pipe level to zero-zero accuracy. This improvement ensures perfect alignment, better joint quality, and smoother workflow. This simple yet effective solution has improved efficiency, reduced errors, and made the work process much easier.
