There is an inexpensive adapter that can be added to the Polycom VVX series phones which allows them to connect to a WiFi network instead of requiring a network cable. This makes setting up new locations much easier when a network connection is not readily available.
This will work on wifi networks of 802.11 b/g/n/ac
