🐴 PRESENTING UPDATE

We swung by to check in on Miss Presenting today and what a visit it turned out to be! ✨ A quick note first — she was in and out of napping yesterday so we gave her the space she deserved. A baby needs her rest! But today when we caught her awake, she came right over to say hello and the trust she has built with us was on full display. She is still very much a baby at heart — cautious at first, taking her time — but the moment she recognizes you, those eyes soften and over she comes. That relationship we have been building one visit at a time? It is absolutely showing. 💜 Now — the cookie update. 🍪 We know you've been following this saga closely! Progress report: two cookies consumed. TWO! It was not without effort — she is still very curious about them, playing with them, taking little baby nibbles with her teeth, clearly trying to figure out what on earth these mysterious things are. But eventually? She got there. Two down. We are calling this a WIN. Carrots though? Zero hesitation. Carrots she has figured out completely. 🥕😂 On the track, trainer Paddy Gallagher had a glowing report this week. Presenting has been skipping beautifully over the Santa Anita synthetic surface, posting 3-furlong breezes and stopping the clock at 39:80 — ranking 4th of 4 in her work group on May 6th. Paddy says she moves smoothly, always wants to do more, and showed real competitive instinct wanting to go after the two horses in front of her. She is still a bit of a “look around” type — soaking in every distraction on the track — but she refocuses and gets back to business. During her last work some equipment around the turn caught her eye, but once she passed it her focus returned immediately. That is maturity developing in real time. Presenting (Oscar Performance x Look at Me IRE, by Danehill Dancer IRE) is on a weekly work schedule and is continuing her gate schooling. Her coat is absolutely glowing right now — the sign of a happy, healthy filly thriving in her environment. The best is ahead for this one. Stay with us! 🏇
