The Push-Up is arguably the king of upper body exercise, yet it can be extremely difficult to master. Doing so requires adequate stability in the upper back and core, as well as adequate strength in the triceps, shoulders, and chest. If you’re having difficulty performing the Push-Up with perfect technique (as outlined in the video), we highly recommend starting with a more regressed version (detailed at the end of the video).
