This balance and coordination test is representative of sports that require you to be on one leg (most sports).
If you're testing the right leg then you have the foot in the bottom left quadrant and visa versa, left leg in bottom right. Do as many laps as you can until either you can't physically continue, there is excessive wobbling/loss of balance or the other foot touches the floor.
If you don't make a full lap then it's a decimal of between 0.1 to 0.3 for each box you land in.
