Even a little yoga is effective. An intent to feel more expansive and free is worth it's weight in gold. This is a short 10 minute video with emphasis on the lower body that incorporates a few forward folds that aids in the surrender of our heads to our hearts. The practices of yoga promote a movement down and in, whereas daily living is up and out. You will get a nice lower body stretch, but even more, you'll have a moment to pause and look inside and breathe.
There is some balance involved in this practice, as in life, and a reminder that as we engage in daily life, to come from a place of a quiet heart in order to find ease, peace, and gentleness in your day.
You will enhance your flexibility, feel refreshed, and have a beautiful reset for the rest of your day.
