Reverse Pec Dec, Pronated

Use a pronated (palms down) grip. Sit tall, with a slight bend in the arms. Pull your shoulder blades together then reach your arms back until they are inline with your torso (straight out to the sides, no need to continue further back). Slowly return back to the start position with your arms in front of you. Repeat.
