This session is a bit more challenging. Both Reverse Plank and Reverse Table use the arms, legs, and core for support. When you are in the position, make sure to pay attention to your low back so it doesn't sag: by engaging your abs and pushing up slightly through the hips, you ensure that your hips and shoulders remain aligned throughout the practice.
