Treatment of the symptoms of Sciatica or Hip Pain from a standing position, you'll need two tennis inside a sock that has been knotted to keep the tennis balls from moving. Using two tennis balls, gently and slowly self massage either side of the spine starting at the mid thoracic (below bra strap area) travelling down towards the pelvis and into the buttocks. Moving the tennis balls into the outside of the hips, working around the Greater Trochanter in a sun burst fashion.
