Almost every sentence contains a pronoun, so mastering them is essential. 🔍 WHAT YOU'LL LEARN: • The 2 types of Arabic pronouns • Independent pronouns (الضمائر المنفصلة) – 14 pronouns with chart • Attached pronouns (الضمائر المتصلة) – how they attach to words • Status rules for each pronoun type • How to memorize the pronoun system efficiently 📖 FROM THE TEXTBOOK: "Pronouns are an integral part of the Arabic language, as almost every sentence contains a pronoun." 🔰 INDEPENDENT PRONOUNS (الضمائر المنفصلة): These stand alone and are ALWAYS in the رفع status. 3rd PERSON: • هُوَ – He • هُمَا – Both of them (masc/fem dual) • هُمْ – They (masc plural) • هِيَ – She • هُمَا – Both of them (fem dual) • هُنَّ – They (fem plural) 2nd PERSON: • أَنْتَ – You (masc singular) • أَنْتُمَا – You two (masc/fem dual) • أَنْتُمْ – You all (masc plural) • أَنْتِ – You (fem singular) • أَنْتُمَا – You two (masc/fem dual) • أَنْتُنَّ – You all (fem plural) 1st PERSON: • أَنَا – I • نَحْنُ – We 🔗 ATTACHED PRONOUNS (الضمائر المتصلة): These attach to verbs, nouns, or particles. They are ALWAYS in either نصب or جر status.
