Bring a small weight (3 lbs). Bring your elbow at a 90 degree angle. Keep your elbow on the side of your ribs. Contract through your shoulder and not your elbow. Bring your wrist as high as your can. Dont rotate your body as this is a form of cheating. When you're at your end range remember to squeeze through the back of your shoulder.This targets the infraspinatus and teres minor muscles.
