S'mores Cake

Ingredients 1 1/2 cups All purpose flour 1 tsp Baking soda 1/2 tsp Baking powder 1/2 tsp Salt 1 cup Cocoa powder 3/4 cup Evaporated milk 1/2 tbsp Vinegar 1cup Brown sugar 1 cup White sugar 2 Large eggs 1 tsp Vanilla 1/2 cup Canola oil 1 cup Hot water Bake in a preheated oven at 325° F 60 minutes. Frosting/ Filling 1 1/2 cups Whippit, whipping cream 9 Tbsp Cold milk Topping and fillings Crushed graham crackers Marshmallows Melted chocolate , I used compound chocolate I used 7 inch baking pan Cake size : 7 diameter 4 1/2 inches For Business and Collaboration.
