Today’s somatic practice focused on warrior poses held through deep lunges to build strength, stability, and awareness within the body. While strength is a part of the practice, the deeper focus is learning how to “ring out” the core—releasing tension, awakening the center, and creating more space internally for growth, balance, and resilience.
In somatic movement, strength is not forced. As the body opens, steadies, and reconnects, strength naturally begins to flourish.
