This session is basically a Standing Practice, featuring the Pyramid. In Pyramid, your legs should remain straight throughout. Starting wide in Triangle-like positioning, pivot your torso, keeping your hips and shoulders even to face one side. Once positioned, pivot at the hips, again keeping hips and shoulders even and your spine stretching out straight. You can stop when your body is parallel to the floor, pushing your "sitting bones" back and crown forward with your spine nice and straight; or if your hips and hamstrings are flexible, you can continue to pivot deeper, spine still straight, "sitting bones" (lower pelvis) lifting slightly, and chest leading your torso as it moves closer toward your front leg.
