Short of time to exercise? Try this! Imagine you're standing in the middle of a clock face. Mark out the numbers on the clock with your feet, tapping on each then repeat without touching the floor with your foot. You can then do this with literally any exercise, your only limit is your imagination. The Benefits This is a great exercise to improve your balance and build up the mobility, stability and strength of your ankle, knee and hip and potentially give you a total body workout! I'd recommend doing this for 5 minutes and deciding on which exercises you wish to do. You can either do the exercises slowly, focusing on reach and control or do them fast for a HIIT-style workout! Warning! It'll make you feel breathless, like a tough cardio workout, without going anywhere! Give it a try and let me know how you get on!
