The Pause With so much coming at us in the news, in our own lives, related to our health. we often react viscerally. This is understandable, but not necessarily helpful, supportive, or appropriate. So we seek the pause, When we begin to focus, we find sacredness and joy. It’s the inhale and the exhale. And the space between. The pause, so that we may be fully present in choosing our path and the effect we have on others. Recorded during a live virtual meditation class for healthcare workers, cancer survivors, caregivers, and anyone curious about the healing benefits of mindfulness. This class supports beginners, as well as people who want to deepen their meditation practice. Studies indicate that mindfulness is an effective tool for managing stress, fear and pain, decreasing anxiety and improving well-being.
