Stress is silent killer and means to be drawn tight and is our main health problem. Stress is costing American business billions. Pastors are tremendously stressed. Fortunately God has an answer for all of this. This story of Moses shows a great way to reduce the stress. Do what only you can do and delegate and share the rest to others, and leave the rest to God. Stress is the gap between the demands that are placed on us and the capacity of actually handling it. Moses was a workaholic. We all have a limit to our capacity much like a Plimsoll line. It's not the size of the job that causes stress, it is lack of help if it is too much for one person. Delegate to the correct people and give them the correct job. Nobody can do everything by themselves. We need God on board to handle any pressure.
