In this tutorial, I'll guide you through how to do Chaturanga Dandasana properly and safely, so you can finally master this challenging pose. Chaturanga is a powerful pose to strengthen your arms, back, and core. If you enjoy vinyasa classes, you can’t get away from this pose so we may as well make friends with it and learn how to modify it! These tips are inspired by an article by a renowned yoga teacher, Jason Crandell, and I revisit these drills periodically in my own practice to make sure that I’m staying aligned and honest with my own Chaturanga. I’ll link Jason’s article below and I highly recommend it.
