Did you know that as a runner your ankle mobility is crucial to running faster and preventing injuries? Check out these 2 stretches to improve your mobility today! 1️⃣ Tall Kneeling Toe Stretch: Kneel down and tuck your big toes underneath your foot. Sit back on your heels and stretch out everything from your toe to your ankle! (If you need to start by holding onto something while you do it- that's totally fine. This can be a tough one when you first start!) 2️⃣ Standing Ankle Mobility: With your foot propped up on a bench or chair, keep your heel down and bring your knee over your toe as far as you can. You should feel a stretch in the back of your ankle (achilles and calf).
