TRX BEGINNERS WORKOUT
Here is a great workout for beginners who are starting their TRX journey and want to know a series of exercises to work the entire body. I suggest performing this workout in a 40/20 split so you exercise for 40 seconds with 20 seconds recovery. This also gives you enough time to change the strap length, which is also provided for you in each exercise. The exercises in this workout are as follows: 0:07 - TRX Squat and Row 0:33 - TRX Chest Press 1:05 - TRX Lunge 1:46 - TRX Power Pull 2:12 - TRX Biceps Curl 2:40 - TRX Triceps Press 3:09 - TRX Plank and Crunch If working out by time is too much then start by performing 10 repetitions of each exercise to get used to it. As you get better you can do 3-5 rounds of the workout.
