Warm up = SOTS Warm up Training = A1. Floor Press combo 3 sets of 5 each exercise A2. Bent over row combo 3 sets of 5 each A3. Band Pull apart 3 sets of 10 each exercise B1. Sea saw lung + press + Row x 15 each side B2. Calve raises IN/OUT/STRAIGHT x 40 each C1. Finisher Rack hold + squat press** 3 minutes total, every 30 seconds do 1 squat and hold. ** every time you set the bells down add 30 seconds to total.
