The set-up here is similar to the pilates ring leg countdown workout (you can find it in the Pilates Ring playlist). This workout includes five upper-body exercises; we work through 10 rounds of each, decreasing the repetitions each time. So, the first round, we do 10 of each, then 9, 8, and so on. We start and finish with some jumping jacks, and end with stretching.
