This session is a bit more active. Warriors are energy-building practices, and these variations may be a little challenging for some, especially as we move into the HalfMoon Balance. As a special note, if you are feeling the balance is challenging enough, you may want to ease out of it rather than stepping directly back into Warrior2; to do that, simply turn back toward the mat, bringing both hands to the floor into the position you were in before moving into the balance, then turn to the long side of your mat, letting the hand moving up draw you back into Warrior2.
