WHERE'S MY MELODY?

*NOTE* Please do not use any part of my songs OR videos without my permission. I work hard on my songs and videos and have noticed several people lifting segments off my videos and using them on their own videos. Please STOP doing that, I painstakingly found and put these clips together for my song, as I do all my songs!! All my material is Copyrighted with ASCAP. Howdy friends! Are we still in one piece? Hopefully everyone is safe and sound! This is a very bizzarre song, one of my Epic Space Adventure Videos with a little twist at the end. It's a very long video, about 8 minutes long, so make sure you've got a little time to spare. The song is old, I wrote it in 2014 and it had another verse and a big chorus which I have removed. There were many issues with the vocals, my part of the backing vocals mainly which were awful so they have been eliminated. In the lyrics I was using the word Melody as a homonym (a girl's name or a tune), that's the way I started it any way, then I wanted to use musical terms like orchestra, harmony, arrangment, to back up the musical word. (It actually had nothing to do with space and the song ended in a Doo-Wop kind of chord progression). Charlie is singing this one and he did an awesome job too! We had a lot of fun recording it! Forgive my piano playing, I'm a guitar player! (Barely!) The video is another story completely!😂 I wanted to make another of my space videos so I wrote out this huge storyboard with plot and everything and started editing radom clips together for weeks and stuck the song in the middle of it! Really kind of crazy avant-garde kind of stuff. That was around the beginning of this year. I kept adding bits and pieces, like a piccaso painting, until I arrived at this video. I think it's one of my best, my wife really likes it!! She's much more in tune and refined than I am when it comes to art, literature, and classical music! I'm just a song and dance man!😂 I hope the video is not too long but just stick with it, you might like it! Please listen wearing headsets or ear buds to get fully immersed in the video. I really threw the kitchen sink at this one! And if you stick with it until the end you'll find out where my Melody is!
