Up next on ASPECT, we have the enigmatic producer, DJ and label head - Adrian Asher. With him he brings an oceanful of fresh and exciting sounds from all over the globe - everything from blissful RNB footwork edits, aquatic jungle and hybrid bass music to wavey dubstep and trap. Adrian Asher also runs the label Bass Water Freak Out, providing a platform for dark, playful and cutting edge party music. With a catalogue of over 60 songs, his wild live sets include vocal and instrumental performances over a hybrid DJ set. For his ASPECT set, he even brought out his grandpas harmonica! After playing a lot of faster music over the last year and releasing some intense albums, I wanted to make a mix for ASPECT which was a return to genres and tempos I originally started DJing and producing in. This mix builds from 135bpm-180bpm with emphasis on bass, swing and bounce.
