The infamous Lat pulldowns! A staple for any solid muscle building / posture correcting remedial programming. One of the first weight machine exercises I ever did and fell in love with. This one in particular you can do one side at a time, whilst stretching the non-working side, or together - but separately, to see and feel any imbalances you may have from each side.
