Jalapeño Double Cornbread
3/4c plus 2 TBL water room temp
2/3c frozen or canned and drained sweet corn
2TBL butter soft
1-1 1/2TBL chopped Jalapeño
1/3c sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
3 1/4c bread, flour
1/3c cornmeal
2 1/2 tsp bread, machine, yeast
Makes a 1 1/2 pound loaf. Place all ingredients in bread pan.
Choose white cycle.
Choose crust, color, medium, or light. 
Check bread when mixing together after about 2 minutes to make sure it is not too sticky .
if it is add a teaspoon of bread, flour one at a time until not sticky.
