Get back up again! I hope these cardio videos are proving accessible for all levels. I know how challenging it is after you've been knocked down to get back up again, so I'm doing my best to help get you moving in a safe, progressive way while hopefully reaching those Level 3'ers to amp up cardio for all stages. I've been listening to all your feedback as I consider launching the full week (at least) of workouts, so keep it coming! (And this video will replace "Fly" for the Day 2 workout since I think Fly is a bit more challenging and will be placed later in the week.)
