Cleaning Steps After Production
Cleaning immediately after production prevents glue from curing inside the dynamic mixing tube, extends tube life, and ensures consistent mixing next time. 🧼 Cleaning steps - Turn the A/B three‑way valves to point toward the cleaning solvent inlet hoses. - Check the solvent tank: air inlet valve OPEN, bottom outlet valve OPEN. - On the touchscreen, go to the Cleaning page and tap Start Cleaning. - Optional but recommended – use jog mode for the dynamic mixer (start/stop intermittently). This helps solvent reach all internal surfaces. ⚠️ Important - Clean immediately after production – don't let glue cure inside the tube. - Solvent tank pressure (if adjustable) → keep low (0.1–0.2 MPa) to avoid splashing. - After cleaning, remove the dynamic tube, inspect it, and store it in a sealed container with a little solvent. 🕓 Maintenance schedule - Clean after every production run (mandatory for reactive resins like PU or epoxy). - Deep clean weekly: disassemble mixing head and check seals/O‑rings.
