I have a mango tree in my backyard in Maui and I love her. Tadasana, or tree pose, is a fun and challenging balance practice that strenghtens the hips, legs, and feet, and opens the heart as the whole body becomes activated to help find center.
The poet Rumi said, "close your eye, fall in love, stay there", and you are invited in this short 6 minute standing practice to do just that! You will feel present, centered, and your edges will smooth out.
