Sydney/Eora based DJ and vinyl collector Jasmine Peters is a specialist when it comes to the techno and electronic music spectrum, finding solace in the hypnotic worlds between the past and future of deep techno music and the cutting edge of genre fluid electronica. Drawing influence from the roots of dance music while constantly searching for cutting edge sonic experiments, Jasmine finds a way to weave entrancing yet interesting narratives that are custom made for the dance floors that she soundtracks. Jasmine has been a pushing vibrations for over a decade now, having supported a serious list of international heavyweight artists in this time; DJ Nobu, Forest Drive West, Nina Kraviz, Fjaak, DVS1, Monolake, Function, Claudio PRC, Luigi Tozzi, Deadbeat, Hodge, Anthony Parasole, Dasha Rush, Alex Coulton, Giorgio Gigli, Kangding Ray - to name a few. Jasmine is also a core member of local crew DUNJ, who throw events in abandoned and underused spaces in and around Sydney/Eora. She is also a visual artist and teacher, and brings her creative and forward thinking approach to her artistic endeavours to all facets of her musical output.
