🥭 Mango Rasmalai with Bread 🧾 Ingredients For the Mango Base • 3 ripe mangoes • 2 pureed • 1 cut into small chunks For the Bread Layer • 4 slices fresh bread (cut into round shapes) For Rabdi • 1 cup milk • 1 cup milk powder • ½ cup condensed milk For Mango Rasmalai Milk • 500 ml milk • ½ cup milk powder • ½ cup sugar • 1 tsp custard powder • 1 tsp cardamom powder • 2 cups mango puree • 2–3 drops food color (optional) For Garnish • 1 tbsp mixed dry fruits (almonds, pistachios, cashews) • Fresh mango chunks ⸻ 👩🍳 Instructions 1. Prepare the Rabdi 1. In a pan, add milk and bring it to a boil. 2. Add milk powder and stir well to avoid lumps. 3. Add condensed milk and cook on low flame until slightly thick. 4. Set aside to cool. ⸻ 2. Prepare Mango Rasmalai Milk 1. In another pan, heat 500 ml milk. 2. Add milk powder and mix well. 3. Add sugar, custard powder, and stir continuously. 4. Cook until slightly thickened. 5. Add cardamom powder. 6. Mix in mango puree and optional food color. 7. Cook for 2–3 minutes, then turn off heat and let it cool. ⸻ 3. Prepare Bread Discs • Cut bread slices into round shapes using a cutter or glass. ⸻ 4. Assemble 1. Place bread discs in a serving dish. 2. Pour mango rasmalai milk over them so they soak well. 3. Add a layer of rabdi on top. 4. Garnish with mango chunks and dry fruits. ⸻ ❄️ Chill & Serve • Refrigerate for 2 hours. • Serve chilled as a delicious dessert.
