Pilates Mat - Roll Over Exercise

In this video, we are adding to the mat repertoire with a more advance exercise known as the Roll Over. Before you attempt this exercise, be sure to have a strong beginner mat foundation as you will need back flexibility, strength in your lower body to roll over and control to execute without using momentum.
