- Not if its part of your traditional food culture
- But if you are vegetarian you don't need to switch to eating meat for protein, b12 or other nutrients
- Whichever meat you have been eating traditionally, red meat or poultry or fish, you can continue
- Eat meat as per time tested sustainable practices, i.e. eat only few times a week and eat with vegetables, grains, pulses, etc.
