Step - 4 Location Sampling
Trace Analytics, LLC www.AirCheckLab.com Transcript: Once the tubing background filter is removed, attach the Black bev-a-line tubing to the sampling point. Enter the date, time, and location of the sampling point on your log sheet. To begin air flow, open the sampling point valve. DO NOT EXCEED 100 PSI. Press the green running man icon to begin sampling. Consecutive one-minute samples can be taken until sampling is complete. Review the results of the samples. Stop the test once the results are consistent. This usually occurs after 5 consecutive samples. Turn off the air flow and depressurize the line. Complete the Log Sheet and indicate which time stamp is to be reported. Use the Setra time stamp by reviewing records and write the exact time on the log sheet. If no time stamp is requested, Trace will report the 5th sample taken for that location. If you’re sampling more than 1 point-of-use, repeat the Purge Filter Test, Tubing Background Test, and Location Sampling procedures at each location.
