A little out of the box from my typical workouts, but I was curious how I could stand up to a military style workout. I will say that it was suggested to repeat it (beginning to end, back to back) but I wanted to make sure I could get into the flow properly and I thought it might be smart not to over do it. Especially if this is my first try. It was actually fun and I look forward to trying the full round next time. Thank you for watching
