The weighted vest is great for those of you that enjoy walking. It’s not a replacement for strength training but it’s a very useful addition. Here I share some tips and exercises that I do with my vest on. It’s beneficial for increasing bone density and strengthening that core. Do some movements with it on to make your workout even more challenging.
