This short workout focuses on the core and assumes you've already warmed up--maybe you're doing it at the end of your regular cardio or strength workout.
There are six exercises, five with the ring, one without. You can still do the workout even if you don't have a pilates ring, but the ring gives you a little more of a challenge.
