LOCK DOWN CHALLENGE—DAY4: Kettlebility invites you to join our Lock Down Challenge! Each day we will present an exercise or movement pattern that you can perform at home. They can be performed loaded (kettlebell, dumbbell, bottle of water) or with just bodyweight. The important thing will be to explore the movement, and get all your repetitions completed by the end of your day 👍 MOVEMENT is the word for DAY4. Moving well and feeling good in your body will also help you feel good in mind and spirit. Feeling good in mind, body, and spirit, is important for EVERY day of our lives, but has particular significance right NOW. The DAY4 Flow is a short movement phrase that will get you feeling better, and if you perform it 10-times throughout your day today, you'll be feeling loose, mobile, and strong. The important thing is to space it out, do 1 or 2 full sets of the DAY4 Flow in a row, then go do LIFE... Revisit the DAY4 Flow on and off today until you have all 10 sets completed. On your very last set of the DAY4 Flow, do the following: Your complete LOCK DOWN CHALLENGE-DAY4 training protocol: -- After completing your last complete DAY4 Flow, finish with: -- 1 unloaded or loaded Get Up each side -- 5 Perfect Pushups of your choice -- 10 bodyweight squats ENJOY!
