As we all know and hear, sitting is the new smoking.
But alas, we must sit. I am one who believes in movement being a large remedy for this overuse pattern and that means first moving well and then moving often (Crazy but right Gray Cook).
In today's video I cover how to apply the ELDOA stretch to the thoracic spine.
This is a win for any desk bound 9 to 5 athlete, who needs more movement throughout the day.
