In this video we will experiment with another use of the Density noise that we apply to Points - using it to control the Scale of the Points! This is a useful process to link to previously explored concepts such as Distance, make Points get smaller the further away from a given set of Points. This is useful to simulate natural spread and growth of Foliage, the scattering of rocks and stones around larger objects and has a lot benefits for creating gradual fall offs at the edges of areas like Forests.
In this video I am using the Synty: Biomes Season 2 Packs for my Foliage example assets. Any of the Biomes make for great experimentation packs for creating low poly but visually interesting environments
