A core stability drill with a moving target — the BOSU under your hands forces the shoulders and trunk to work overtime as you transition between forearm plank and high plank. ▶ HOW TO PERFORM: Set the BOSU dome-up. Get into a forearm plank with both forearms on the dome. One arm at a time, press up to a high plank — extend one elbow, then the other. Lower back to forearms one arm at a time, alternating which arm leads each rep. Hips stay level throughout. ▶ KEY POINTS: • Hips stay LEVEL — no rotation as you transition • Move ONE arm at a time, slow and deliberate • Glutes and abs STAY squeezed the whole time ▶ COMMON MISTAKES TO AVOID: Letting the hips rotate as the arm presses up. Bouncing on the BOSU instead of controlling the descent. Holding your breath — exhale on the press. This is a silent form demo.
